The region of the Domowina Regional Association “Jan Arnošt Smoler” Budyšin | Bautzen thrives on a diverse range of associations and Domowina local branches. These offer numerous opportunities for involvement and community life. This diversity makes the region a vibrant centre of Sorbian identity.
Local Branches, Cultural Associations and Youth Groups
The Domowina umbrella organisation – Federation of Lusatian Sorbs supports the work of the local branches and associations both organisationally and financially. Upon application, they receive a lump-sum grant that enables projects and events at local level.
