The 22^nd Seminar of Slavic Minorities in Europe will take place from the 14^thof November 2019 until the 17^thof November 2019 in Bleiburg/Pliberk, Carinthia/Koroška, Austria.How to create a long-term and peaceful "coexistence" between the minority and the majority? Is the gap between urban and peripheral areas also for Slavic minorities getting bigger and bigger? In addition, advantages and opportunities at the microeconomic level (municipalities and communes) arising from the characteristic features of minority communities are to be identified.
