The Association of Sorbian Choirs has brought together choirs dedicated to preserving and developing Sorbian choral heritage since 1923. It promotes high-quality choral works, provides organisational support to its member choirs, and strengthens the Sorbian musical tradition in the bilingual region of Lusatia through joint projects.

The Association of Sorbian Choirs (Bund sorbischer Gesangvereine e.V.) was founded in 1923 to preserve Sorbian musical heritage and to promote the choral movement. With 17 member choirs and around 500 members, the association provides support for legal, financial and organisational cooperation.

It organises concerts and competitions and actively promotes young talent in order to keep the rich choral traditions of the Sorbian community alive, engaging both Sorbian and German audiences through a diverse musical programme.
