25 Jahre WITAJ-Sprachzentrum – Tag sorbischer Pädagoginnen und Pädagogen
Am Donnerstag, dem 11. Juni 2026, feiert das WITAJ-Sprachzentrum in der Niederlausitz sein 25-jähriges Bestehen. Dazu sind sorbische Pädagoginnen und Pädagogen in den Clubraum des Niedersorbischen Internats eingeladen. Der Vorsitzende der Domowina Dawid Statnik wird die Festveranstaltung eröffnen und die Lehrerinnen und Lehrer, Erzieherinnen und Erzieher sowie weitere Gäste begrüßen. Durch das Programm führen die Leiterin des WITAJ-Sprachzentrums Frau Dr. Beate Brězan und der Leiter der Cottbuser Abteilung des Sprachzentrums Bernd Melcher. Kulturell umrahmen werden den Festnachmittag unter anderem der Sänger Gerald Schön und die Tanzgruppe der Grundschule „Wilhelm Nevoigt” Cottbus. Außerdem sind ein Sketch und gemeinsame Lieder geplant. Danach sind die Gäste eingeladen, sich am Büfett zu bedienen und miteinander ins Gespräch zu kommen
