-cooperation with cultural institutions of the Sorbs

-cooperation with cultural groups, clubs and choirs

-responsible for exchanging culture and sending groups abroad

-public relations concerning cultural matters of the Sorbs

-responsible for the coordination of international organizations and of the work of Sorbian representatives

-adviser for the attention of the Sorbian interests in international agreements concerning national minorities

-cooperation with associated groups abroad
